Cooperation Canada’s AEDIJ Strategy and Action Plan – Second Annual Progress Report

Cooperation Canada has released its second annual progress report on the Anti-racism, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Justice (AEDIJ) Strategy and Action Plan (2023–2026).

Building on the foundations laid in our first year, this report highlights continued progress, key milestones achieved over the past year, ongoing challenges and the steps we are taking to further embed AEDIJ principles across every aspect of our work.

Rooted in solidarity, social justice and continuous learning, the report draws on feedback from staff, board members and our wider network. It reflects our collective commitment to strengthening accountability and advancing a more inclusive and equitable international cooperation sector.
