Prevention of Workplace Harassment and Discrimination Policy and Program – Cuso International

This policy and program establishes Cuso International’s framework for preventing and addressing harassment involving employees and volunteers. It applies to all Cuso International workplaces as well as work-related activities outside the workplace, including business travel, off-site meetings, and other events. The policy also notes that procedures for addressing harassment experienced by volunteers during overseas placements involving individuals who are not Cuso International employees or volunteers are covered separately.
