Developing and Modelling a Positive Safeguarding Culture – Bond

This tool supports organizational leaders in understanding what a positive safeguarding culture looks like and identifying actions to prevent all forms of harm, including sexual exploitation, abuse, and sexual harassment (SEAH). It guides discussions and reflection across six key areas: accountability, policies and processes, do no harm and safer programming, survivor-centred approaches, awareness-raising, and safer recruitment and human resources practices. Two versions of the toolkit are available, tailored to the needs of large and small organizations.
