Cooperation Canada’s Personal Code of Conduct outlines the standards of ethical, respectful and responsible conduct expected of employees, volunteers and consultants.

In varying measure, Employees, Volunteers and Consultants contribute to the image and reputation of Cooperation Canada. The credibility and reputation of Cooperation Canada depends upon the faithful performance of its undertakings and obligations.

This Personal Code of Conduct sets out the standards and expectations for ethical, respectful and responsible conduct, including human rights, harassment and discrimination, safeguarding, sexual misconduct, conflicts of interest, confidentiality, corruption and the responsible use of resources. It also outlines responsibilities for reporting misconduct and contributing to a safe, respectful and inclusive environment.
