The framework outlines an overarching commitment and three specific commitments related to Administration & Human Resources, Communication, Advocacy & Knowledge Management, and Program Design, Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning, & Operations. It includes an indicator framework for measuring progress and requires annual reporting from signatories to track collective efforts in addressing systemic racism, fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion, and transforming power imbalances within the sector.
