Josephine has worked with UN Agencies, international and national NGOs and, national and local governments to strengthen/implement PSEA as follows: Josephine has supported the PSEA Coordinator and OCHA to implement the PSEA Action Plan and to strengthen PSEA infrastructure in OCHA. She has worked in gender and Protection, implementing PSEA and GBV responses in various contexts, including (a) training staff, government officials, and implementing partners in PSEA; (b) Developed/or customized PSEA tools including: (i) Developing PSEA Action Plans; (ii) Customizing PSEA risk assessment tools; (iii) Customizing terms of reference for PSEA Focal Point; (v) Assessment tool for assessing capacity of community-based complaints and feedback mechanisms, and the referral pathways. She has promoted inter-agency coordination on PSEA and advised the managers on ways of strengthening coordination, including promoting inter-agency coordination with Government Departments NGOs. Some of the PSEA Training materials that she developed were used in development of a PSEA Toolkit.
