Organizational Effectiveness Organizational effectiveness focuses on strengthening how civil society organizations operate, collaborate and uphold shared standards in international cooperation. / What We Do / Organizational Effectiveness Strong organizations are better equipped to deliver impact, adapt to change, and build meaningful partnerships. In a rapidly evolving sector, effectiveness also means working more equitably, learning continuously and aligning practices with shared values. Cooperation Canada works with its members to foster ethical practices, build peer learning spaces and support more equitable and effective ways of working across the sector. Through convening, coordination and collaboration, we create spaces for members to share knowledge, address common challenges and strengthen their organizational practices. Our work supports a more connected and resilient sector—one that is better positioned to respond to shifting expectations around accountability, inclusion and locally-led development. By linking learning opportunities, partnerships and sector-wide initiatives, we help members translate principles into practice and improve how they operate individually and collectively.
