In 2020, Digna received an unconfirmed report that a community volunteer was demanding sexual relationships in exchange for livelihood support. The agency initiated a formal SEA investigation, substantiated the allegations, and made recommendations including informing parties, preventing future hiring, providing training, increasing community participation, and improving human resources procedures. The document concludes with lessons learned, and tools developed during the process.
