10 years of experience in the humanitarian and development sector. Founder and Director of Aid Re-imagined, where I have worked with large international NGOs on aid ethics, localisation and decolonisation. Among other things, I have developed an Antiracist and Decolonial Framework to ensure the INGO’s work adheres to antiracist and decolonial principles and lead to equitable outcomes; developed antiracist and decolonial organisational standards; developed a localisation toolkit specifically for project managers; published articles on localisation and decolonisation, including for global thinktanks; and evaluated – using localisation and decolonisation lens – humanitarian programmes.
