I can provide advisory services, training and coaching to a humanitarian or development organisation or to senior leadership on how to institutionalize the Protection against sexual exploitation and abuse. Concretely this means I can develop policies, strategies, capacity development initiatives, action plans and budgets. I can also coordinate PSEA networks, set up and oversee SEA databases, provide support to victims/survivors and support/oversight to investigators of SEA allegations.
