When it comes to quantifying Canada’s international assistance, careful monitoring of Official Development Assistance and International Assistance Envelop flows is key.
Cooperation Canada has been mobilizing analytical capacity to ensure adequate monitoring and interpretation of those flows. This is essential to ensure a robust articulation of budgetary asks and effective communication of those asks to government officials and members of Parliament.

ODA Advocacy
Cooperation Canada is calling for an increase in Canada’s ODA spending. Working with members and advocacy organizations in Canada, we are leading a campaign for increased Canadian leadership and solidarity in the world.

Together Project
The Together Project calls on the government to substantially scale up its spending on international assistance in the upcoming budget and years to come.
