Financing for Development
When it comes to quantifying Canada’s international assistance, careful monitoring of Official Development Assistance and International Assistance Envelop flows is key.
Cooperation Canada has been mobilizing analytical capacity to ensure adequate monitoring and interpretation of those flows. This is essential to ensure a robust articulation of budgetary asks and effective communication of those asks to government officials and members of Parliament.
