Power of Discourse Consulting Inc

Power of Discourse Consulting (PoD-C) is an Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) firm based in Canada that supports a range of community and not-for-profit organizations varying in size, demographics, and organizational structure across the country. PoD-C was co-founded by three Black women to foster inclusive and equitable spaces through transformative dialogue and initiatives. PoD-C incorporates sound research and our lived experiences in all our work, which includes conducting equity audits, developing strategic action plans and frameworks, creating resources, developing policies, and delivering anti-oppression and anti-racism learning and development opportunities.At PoD-C we have many of the core values common to most organizations: honesty, integrity, teamwork and trust. However, here’s what really drives us in our work in EDI: we bring compassion to all our interactions, we value respectful and honest dialogue, we believe in collaboration to achieve mutual goals, we evolve through our pursuit of knowledge, and we believe in each other’s humanity.
