Leena Sharma Seth is a settler on the traditional lands stewarded by the Anishinaabe, the Haudenosaunee and the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, a daughter of hindu, Punjabi and brahmin immigrants to Canada, and the Founder of Mending the Chasm Inc., a consulting firm dedicated to fostering transformative change through inclusive practices. With a background in social justice and community engagement, Leena brings a depth of experience in facilitating dialogues that bridge divides and promote understanding. Her expertise lies in creating safe spaces for dialogue and collaboration, empowering individuals, and organizations to embrace inclusion, belonging and justice as core values.Mending the Chasm Inc. operates at the intersection of personal growth and organizational development, offering services that catalyze change on both individual and systemic levels.
