Areas of technical support Creation of gender-responsive PSEA / Safeguarding Policy documents, Code of Conduct and needed annexes. Creation of age, culture, and gender-sensitive PSEA / Safeguarding Reporting schemes. Creation of PSEA/Safeguarding tasks to be embedded in Job Descriptions for Senior Managers, Specialists, Assistants from of all areas and sectors (Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Program, Operations….). Creation of PSEA/Safeguarding-responsive provisions to be incorporated into inter-Organizational Memoranda of Understanding and Contracts with service providers. Creation of awareness raising tools, stepping of findings of PSEA/Safeguarding Needs Assessment / Risks management, Gender Analysis and Focus Group Discussions with clusters of community members and best practices. Trainings: Training of staff and partners’ staff on Norms, standards and procedures of PSEA/Safeguarding. Training of Organization’s PSEA/Safeguarding Focal Points on topics of relevance to their Terms of Reference. Training of Trainers (PSEA/Safeguarding Focal Points or other staff) who will roll-out PSEA/Safeguarding trainings, with development of training modules Training on safe programming.
