Tiffany grounds her approach within community perspectives and best practices, and offers critical analyses rooted within anti-oppressive and decolonial frameworks. To this end, Tiffany is also committed to offering accessible, one-on-one coaching and support to marginalized team members and members within leadership navigating systemic oppression.
