In 2020, Digna received an unconfirmed report that a community volunteer was demanding sexual relationships in exchange for livelihood support. The agency initiated a formal SEA investigation, substantiated the allegations, and made recommendations including informing parties, preventing future hiring, providing training, increasing community participation, and improving human resources procedures.
