It includes nine organisational elements and questions for organizations to ask themselves, divided into three stages along the journey: just beginning, moving along, and well on their way. There is also a section on external enablers, which are elements in the external environment that organizations may not have control over but that can enable, impact, or hinder an organization’s capacity to achieve its objectives.
