This is a blended-module course on results-based management (RBM) in humanitarian settings. The course consists of independent readings and exercises, as well as online webinars. Over the course of seven-weeks, you will gain tools to critically approach RBM tools and operationalize them in your organizational settings. Special attention will be dedicated to questions of mainstreaming gender equality and other social justice elements into core stages of project development and implementation. The course is open to beginners but also those looking for a more up-to-date and critical approach to RBM in humanitarian contexts.
