Having an effective SEA reporting mechanism is crucial for organizations to prevent sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment. This is a three-hour workshop is geared to staff, focal points and leaders involved in developing PSEA reporting processes with prior knowledge of basic PSEA concepts and principles. By the end of this training you will be better able to:
- Identify good practices of a PSEA reporting process;
- Describe key steps in a PSEA reporting process;
- Clarify important roles and accountabilities in PSEA reporting;
- Apply good practices to develop and improve your organization’s SEA reporting mechanism.
